Cookie Policy
This Policy describes the cookies and browser storage Tokenswim uses to provide account, preference, and referral functionality.

1. What this Policy covers
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Browser storage includes technologies such as local storage, which can remember information on your device without using a traditional cookie.
This Policy covers the Tokenswim website and web application. For broader information about personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
2. Storage used by Tokenswim
Authentication and session cookies
Keep you signed in, protect your account, and support requested account functionality.
Duration: session or authentication expiry
theme (local storage)
Remember your light or dark appearance preference.
Duration: until you change the setting or clear browser data
tokenswim.ref (local storage)
Remember a referral code after you arrive through a referral link, so a later sign-up can attribute the referral.
Duration: 30 days
3. Analytics and partner data
Tokenswim does not use browser storage for targeted advertising. If we add non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any controls required by applicable law.
As described in our Privacy Policy, Tokenswim may share aggregated or de-identified analysis with partners for service analysis. That practice is not intended to identify you.
4. Managing browser storage
You can usually remove or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication storage can prevent you from signing in or using account features. Clearing browser data removes the stored theme and referral preference.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when our use of cookies or browser storage changes. For questions, contact legal@tokenswim.app.
